Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your Street Sport Industries (SSI) and Mr. Yellow Cap (MYC) products. You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging with all parts and accessories. Please keep your proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at ketronenterprisesinc@ketronenterprisesinc.com or call (423) 967-7724 with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged by misuse; items not in original condition; gift cards; and clearance or final-sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know whether it was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
